Disappointing. The reception staff were arrogant (don't know if it was the owner or manager), saying they are always 1st booked out, others in town are no good. Misleading advertising and signage. Meals - they send up the road to local hotels & clubs then charge delivery,. Austar - couldn't even get usual TV stations let alone cable. Did not see a whole TV show all week that I was there. No plate, cutlery. Just as well I carry disposables. Had booked for 3 weeks stayed for 1 then booked into Artesan up the road where you will find friendliness, honesty, microwaves, ironing board, iron, hair drying in the room not in the laundry for communal use.
